We ask for a 50% deposit on a visa or mastercard with the remainder of your booking - once the 50% has been finalised - being payable upon arrival.
Should you need to cancel your booking - for whatever reason - our fees are: 50% of tariff if cancelled 30-15 days prior and 100% of tariff if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
ONLY if the cottage(s) cannot be rebooked. Where applicable refunds, less $35 per cottage administration fee, are sent by cheque or refunded to the card holder.
Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy state or a service fee may be charged. Any damage to cottages or property will be to guests' account.
