Booking Terms and Conditions:
Our cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel - for whatever reason - we charge 50% of tariff if cancelled 30-15 days prior to arrival and 100% of tariff if cancelled within 14 days of arrival ONLY if the cottage(s) cannot be rebooked. Refunds where applicable, less $35 administration fee per cottage, will be forwarded upon cottage(s) being rebooked and receipted.
DELUXE SPA cottages can be booked by calling (61 2) 4990 8989 or by using the Make A Reservation link/BOOKING BUTTON.
PEAK season: We surcharge 10% on concert weekends, Easter and Christmas breaks (23/12 to 3/01) and require a minimum 4 guests p/cottage tariff at these times. Designated long weekends require a minimum three night/four guest stay.
Please note: It is important that you are advised that any damage to the cottage(s) or property is to guests’ account. Cottage(s) need to be left in a clean and tidy state, please, or regrettably a service fee may be applied.
